Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or eligible noncitizen, be a graduate of a public high school in Fauquier County, Va., be enrolled full time (at least 12 credit hours per semester), and demonstrate financial need and merit. Applicant should have a minimum combined SAT I score of 1100 and must submit FAFSA.
