Department of Veterans Affairs Tuition Exemption

Applicant must be a child (16 to 25 years of age) or surviving spouse (who has not remarried) of a deceased member of the U.S. armed forces who died in service in the line of duty or from a wartime service-connected disability after discharge, a 90% disabled member or 100% disabled member, including 100% due to individual unemployability, (rated by the U.S. Department of Veterans' Affairs), a POW, or MIA. Louisiana Veterans State Aid Program

Applicants must be children or surviving spouses of United States Armed Forces veterans who died or became at least 90 percent disabled in service or from a service-connected disability incurred during wartime.
