Baptist scholarships

Applicants must be enrolled at Judson College. Students must be pursuing an education in church music or missions. Applicants must be from Perry County, Alabama.

Applicant must be a first-year college student enrolled at California Polytechnic University - Pomona, California Polytechnic University - San Luis Obispo, California State University - Long Beach, or California Baptist University. Applicant must be majoring in engineering; priority will be given to construction or civil engineering majors. Minimum 3.0 GPA, financial need, and community/school involvement are required to be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a first-time, full-time freshman, have a minimum 2.0 GPA, be active in a Baptist church, demonstrate Christian commitment and leadership, and submit recommendation from his or her pastor. FAFSA is required.

Applicants must be incoming freshmen at Judson College. Students must be active members of an Alabama Baptist State Convention church.

Applicant who are incoming freshman, transfer. Parent or legal guardian must be a member of the General Baptist Church.

This program provides grant aid to financially needy students to enable them to attend private, non-profit colleges or universities in Texas. Applicants must be Texas residents or non-resident National Merit Finalists who are receiving at least $1,000 in competitive scholarships. Applicants must show financial need and earn and maintain an overall college GPA of at least 2.5. Students may not be receiving athletic scholarships. Applicants must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Eligibility for this program is determined by the college financial aid office. Applicants should contact the college financial aid office for additional information and availability of funds.

Students admitted under the program are automatically renewed for up to four years as long as the student remains in good standing. Students apply directly to the institution(s) of their choice and must meet normal admissions requirements. Applicants should contact the admissions office at the 'sending institution' to begin the process.

Applicants must be enrolled at Judson College. Students must be Acteen members of Baptist Women's Missionary Union. Awards are based on level of Acteen achievement and are renewable dependent on grade point average.

Applicants must be enrolled at Judson College. Students must be from Cahaba Baptist Association. Applicants preparing for Christian service are given priority.

Applicant must be a Baptist pastor, full-time Christian worker, or family member of a Baptist pastor/full-time Christian worker who is still part of the worker's household. Recipient must be enrolled in a minimum of six hours per semester and maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA.

Applicant must be of the Baptist faith with a genuine Christian character and financial need.

Applicant must be a state or Baptist All-State Band and Choir member with a major or minor in music.

Applicants must be enrolled at Judson College. Students must have active membership in either First Baptist Church in Fairhope, Alabama or in the Baldwin Association.

Applicant must have had an insurance policy with Baptist Life for at least two years prior to the May 31 deadline. Selection is based upon academic ability, financial need, goals, and good character. Applicant must attend a Christian college or university.

The Florida Incentive Scholarship Program is a merit scholarship for Florida high school graduates who receive recognition as a National Merit or National Achievement Scholars. Applicants must earn a standard Florida high school diploma; be a National Merit Finalist or National Achievement Finalist; enroll at an eligible Florida postsecondary institution; be a Florida resident; and enroll full-time (minimum 12 credit hours per term or quarter equivalency) in a baccalaureate degree program.

Applicant must be a member or the child of a member of Temple Baptist Church in Portsmouth, Ohio, must have application signed by pastor, and must successfully complete one quarter of college coursework. FAFSA is required.
