Applicants must be attending an accredited 4-year university or college located in United States as an undergraduate or graduate level student or be a graduating high-school senior with a GPA of 3.0 or above. Applicants must be pursuing or planning to pursue a degree in the fields of STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math). Applicants must come up with a unique way to solve the budget deficit through education and empowering our youth. Solutions may be in the form of an essay, YouTube video or an infographic.
