Barbara Rhomberg Excellence in Nursing Scholarship

This $1,000 scholarship supports non-traditional, full-time students pursuing undergraduate nursing degrees (associate or bachelor’s) who delayed or paused their education after high school.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Enrolled full-time in an undergraduate nursing program working toward an associate or bachelor’s degree
• Non-traditional student, meaning at least a 3-year gap between finishing high school and starting college (due to work, military, family, or other obligations)

Application Process: Submit a completed application form, a typed essay (up to 500 words) describing your nursing passion, non-traditional path, goals, and connection to Barbara Rhomberg’s spirit, plus two letters of recommendation (one from a manager or supervisor if currently employed), and enrollment verification form. Send all materials by mail or email to B4 Brands by the deadline.

Deadline:
Applications can be postmarked no earlier than April 1 and must arrive by April 30.

• The scholarship is non-renewable and awarded once per year for the Fall semester
• Past winners and applicants may reapply
• Award funds are sent directly to your school
• The scholarship honors Barbara Rhomberg, who returned to nursing school later in life after raising her family
