Applicants must be a high-school senior or college level student with a minimum 2.5 GPA or higher. Students need to be U.S. citizens attending a high-school, college or university in the U.S. Applicants will need to submit a video, photo or image, or infographic on one of the two topics on the site. Applicants will also need to submit a 250- to 750-word essay answering one of the questions listed on the site.
