Applicant must be an active duty, reservist, honorably discharged, or retired veteran of a United States military service branch for attendance at a participating college. Applicant must not be a previous recipient or any other Imagine America scholarship award, have financial need, and have a strong likelihood of successfully completing a post-secondary education.
