Ione M. Allen Music Scholarship

Applicants must be residents of Buncombe, Cherokee, Clay, Graham, Haywood, Henderson, Jackson, Macon, Madison, Polk, Swain or Transylvania County, North Carolina. They must possess musical talent, attend an accredited conservatory or other institution with a recognized music department and have financial need. All applicants must be interviewed and present a performance.
