Applicant must be a Technical/Academic student, attend the college Leadership Retreat, and have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Selection will be based upon an essay and interview.

- Awards will be established in two categories. If Leadership Service Contracts are for 10 hours per week, recipient will receive $1,000 in the fall, $1,000, and $500 in the summer. If Service Contracts are for five hours per week, recipient will receive $500 in the fall, $500 in the spring, and $250 for the summer. Awards are distributed over a two-year period.
