TEAS score validity: test dated within 12 months prior to application
TEAS attempt limits: no more than 3 times in a calendar year; minimum 4-week interval between attempts
TEAS delivery: virtual proctoring available; official results must be sent directly from ATI

Physical/Biological Science: 16 credits (must include 12 credits of anatomy, physiology, and microbiology with labs)

Application
Application submission: NursingCAS plus Roseman supplemental application; $40 Roseman application fee payable to Roseman University (NursingCAS fees separate)
Transcripts: unofficial transcripts recommended with application; official transcripts from all institutions must be received before an interview; official transcripts must be dated within 12 months and received in original sealed envelope
Documentation for in-progress courses: official transcript, unofficial transcript, or copy of registration and payment accepted
Additional documents as applicable: name-change records, international visa, permanent resident card, other U.S. immigration documents
Seating deposit upon offer: $250 due within 14 days to secure seat; deposit non-refundable
Selection Process
Initial review based on prerequisite grades and TEAS scores
Director of Admissions determines interview eligibility
Interview required for all applicants; interview includes a writing sample
Admission decisions based on a rubric including Academic Achievement Score, Interview Score, TEAS Score, and Writing Sample Score
Admissions committee provides recommendation approximately two weeks after interview; offers sent via email from Director of Admissions & Enrollment
Wait List Policies
Deposit-Deferred: admitted applicant may defer to next eligible term by submitting seating deposit; seat guaranteed at originally offered campus for next eligible term
Application Rollover: applicant may request application be rolled to next eligible term; application placed in new applicant pool and competitively reviewed; no guarantee of interview or admission
Seating deposits and application fees are non-refundable if applicant fails to enroll after deferment or rollover

Credit Transfer
Transfer of nursing coursework from other nursing programs is not accepted
Transfer of prerequisite and core courses evaluated at the College of Nursing’s discretion
Foreign coursework requires an official course-by-course evaluation showing US equivalency, credit hours, and grades
Credit-by-examination: science courses not accepted; other credit-by-exam results accepted if minimum scores met; awarded grade C and 3 credits when applicable
International Students
Roseman accepts qualified international students and follows INS regulations for Form I-20 issuance
F-1 (I-20) eligibility: students requiring an I-20 are eligible only for the classroom-based BSN program; I-20 students are not eligible for hybrid-BSN or other listed nursing programs
Tuition/fees for F-1 students: first-year tuition and fees must be paid in advance prior to I-20 issuance; documentary evidence of financial ability required
English proficiency: TOEFL required if applicant has not completed 6 semester credits of English composition or 4 semesters at a regionally accredited U.S. institution; TOEFL minimums: 550 (paper), 213 (computer), 79 (internet); Roseman TOEFL code: 446.3
