The Dixie State College ADN program is designed to prepare students to perform the role of a registered nurse. The Associate Degree Nursing program has been approved by the Utah Board of Nursing and has been accredited by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission.

Admission Requirements

  • High school diploma of GED equivalency certificate
  • Official transcripts for all college level coursework (if applicable)
  • Completed application
  • Standardized test results (SAT, ACT, CPT)
  • Entrance Examination (as applicable)

Dixie requires official college transcripts from all attended schools as applicable. If an applicant is transferring more than 24 college level credits high school transcripts and standardized test scores will not be required. It may be helpful to the students application, however if he/she submits transcripts for all pre-requisite courses taken at the high school level.
