One thing to be aware of is that Regis doesn't keep a waiting list for their BSN programs, so if you don't get in on your first try, you'll need to reapply in a future cycle. To qualify, you'll need at least a 2.75 cumulative GPA and C- or better in all your prerequisites. Tuition for the Accelerated BSN in 2026 is $599 per credit hour.
If you'd rather study in a smaller, rural setting, Colorado Mountain College in Glenwood Springs might be exactly what you're looking for. They have an excellent 98.0% average NCLEX pass rate, and you'll get a very different experience from the Denver and Aurora urban environment.
Once you graduate from your BSN program, you'll move forward with Colorado RN licensure through the Colorado Board of Nursing. That includes passing the NCLEX-RN and completing a fingerprint-based background check. Colorado is part of the Nurse Licensure Compact, which can give you more flexibility if you eventually want to practice in other compact states.
