The Alderson-Broaddus College Department of Nursing RN-BSN Degree program is intended for students who already possess an Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
The RN-BSN program is designed to be flexible to meet the demands of a busy professional schedule and other responsibilities. Classes are arranged to meet one weekend every month throughout the year at convenient locations.
Admissions Requirements:
Applicants who don’t meet some of the admissions requirements may be accepted on a provisional basis.
Students taking the program on a full time study basis can complete the program in an estimated 18 months. The program offers opportunities of converting past training and work experiences into credit towards the program.
The program also offers students opportunities to meet in seminar type settings whereby they can benefit from the range of experiences that other people can bring.
Students are required to complete 128 credits to graduate from the program with 25 credits of nursing credit to have been taken at Alderson Broaddus College.
