Nursing Programs
The program gives opportunities to students who desire to join the nursing field. The aim is to provide adequate training to develop individual knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for entry level employment in practical nursing.
The practical nursing program is offered at Wallace and Sparks campuses. After graduating from the college, the LPN may make application for the NCLEX-PN exam. The LPN program takes a total duration of 3 semesters.The applications are accepted twice a year for entry in fall and spring semesters.
Admission Requirements
It is prudent that applicants check the specific requirements of the program of their interest (the college also provide other nursing programs, such as ADN). In addition to the above, other requirements to join the college include passing of the TEAS V exam before application. The programs are approved by the Alabama Board of Nursing and accredited by the NALAC
