If you are going to school for ADN program you will not have much trouble in finding the kind of school that meets your requirements in Alabama.

When it comes to quality of education, schools in Alabama seem to be doing really well in LPN education. The state’s average NCLEX pass rate is over 93%, which is way more than the national average and most states. However, the average pass rate for NCLEX RN is not that great but still above the national average.

When it comes to salary, according to our research, Alabama’s hospitals and medical centers pay around $60k on average for RNs and $37k for LPNs. The pay varies slightly from city to city but the main factor that determines nurses' salary is experience followed by the institution type you working for.
