North Shore Community College

North Shore Community College (NSCC) is located in Danvers, Massachusetts. This public community college was established in 1965. This is a large school that serves over 16,000 students and it has a number of different programs for students to pursue. There are more than 80 associate degree and certificate programs available at NSCC. The school is completely accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges. It offers students the chance to pursue many different educational paths while receiving top-notch instruction. The school also has many partnerships that will allow students to transfer credits over to a four-year university.

NSCC has several options for prospective nursing students to consider as well. This school has both a practical nursing program and an associate degree nursing program. The associate degree in nursing program is known as the nurse education path. There are options for existing LPN's to receive advanced placement in this program too. The nursing education program is approved by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing and is fully accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing.
