Indian River State College
Indian River State College (IRSC) is a renowned state college located in Fort Pierce, Florida. The school was established in 1959 and was originally a two-year community college. It transitioned into being a four-year state college in late 2007. This school offers various different associate’s degree programs as well as several bachelor’s degree programs. Students can also pursue several certificates in order to further their desired career paths. IRSC also has a very good athletics department and other programs that will be appealing to students.
IRSC has excellent nursing programs that have been producing high-quality nurses for many years. Nursing students will be able to work toward earning associate’s degrees in nursing or bachelor’s degrees in nursing. Graduates of the program will be able to move on to become registered nurses after passing the NCLEX-RN licensure examination. The curriculum of this program is based on clinical experience and research. This program is fully accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN). All nursing students can expect a top-notch education that will keep them at the very top of their field.
