Fayetteville Technical Community College
Fayetteville Technical Community College (FTCC) is located in Fayetteville, North Carolina and is a member of the North Carolina Community College System. FTCC was established back in 1961 and it serves around 41,000 students currently. It is fully accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges. The FTCC nursing program gives students a couple of different options to consider. There is a practical nursing program as well as an associate’s degree nursing program. The practical nursing program is approved by the North Carolina Board of Nursing. The associate's degree in nursing program at FTCC is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN). Students will be taught to provide medical care in many different settings. Graduates of the programs will be fully prepared to apply for the NCLEX-PN or NCLEX-RN licensure exam. FTCC nursing students go on to find employment in the field very easily as well.
