Redlands Community College
Redlands Community College is located in El Reno, Oklahoma. Redlands was established back in 1938 and it now serves around 2200 students every semester. This school is well known in the area for providing a large number of associate’s degree opportunities. The community has used Redlands as a great source of academic training for a long time. It continues to provide excellent opportunities while also allowing for many transfer partnerships. This school also has the distinction of having tuition that is below the state average for public universities, making it a cost-effective option.
The Redlands nursing program will allow students to pursue associate’s degrees in nursing. This is designed to be a two-year program that teaches nurses everything that they need to become successful registered nurses (RN). It has smaller class sizes than many comparable schools and this allows for more thorough instruction. Redlands also has a good simulation lab where students can practice their skills. This school also allows for advanced placement for current LPNs who qualify. This nursing program is approved by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing.
