Madisonville Community College (MCC) is located in Madisonville, Kentucky and its a member school of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System. This public two-year community college was established in 1968. MCC has an integrated nursing program that allows students to exit after one year or two years. Those who only go through one year will earn an LPN diploma and will be eligible to take the NCLEX-PN licensure exam. Students who complete the full two-year course will graduate with an associate in applied science in nursing degree. This qualifies the nursing student to take the NCLEX-RN licensure exam to earn their status as an RN.

The curriculum of this nursing program is designed to fully prepare nurses for professional careers while readying them to pass the licensure examination. Students at this school have a history of being successful and finding great employment opportunities upon graduation.
