Lehigh Carbon Community College
Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC) is located in Schnecksville, Pennsylvania. It has several off-campus learning centers for the convenience of the student body.LCCC was established in 1966 and it currently serves more than 7000 students. There are more than 90 different associate’s degree and certificate programs at this school. The affordable tuition of this school combined with the wide variety of different available courses makes it a popular transfer school. There are several transfer options that allow students to continue their education at four-year universities. LCCC has been accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education.
The LCCC nursing program has become one of the most popular programs at the school over time. Students can take advantage of either the practical nursing program or the nursing associate’s degree program. Students will receive both classroom and clinical instruction during both nursing programs. Both the nursing associate’s degree program and the practical nursing program have been approved by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing and accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN).
