Ashland Community and Technical College (ACTC) is located in Ashland, Kentucky. This is a public two-year institution that was established back in 1938. ACTC offers students a large number of different educational opportunities. Students can pursue several technical certificates to advance their career prospects. There are many vocational training courses that will offer either diplomas or certificates as well.
