Camden County College
Camden County College (CCC) is located in Blackwood, New Jersey. CCC was established back in 1967 and it currently serves well over 10,000 students with various different associate’s degree opportunities as well as career-focused or technical certificate programs to further their career prospects. CCC ranks in the top 50 community colleges for associate’s degree completion, according to recent US Department of Education studies. It also offers students many great transfer opportunities when they are looking to pursue four-year degrees.
The CCC nursing program is known as a respected program that trains great nurses. Students can pursue the practical nursing program to become licensed practical nurses (LPN) or they can pursue the associate’s degree in nursing path to become registered nurses (RN). The nursing programs are approved by the New Jersey Board of Nursing and fully accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN). They provide students with the technical skills, knowledge, and interpersonal skills that are necessary to become successful nurses in a number of different medical settings through classroom experiences, laboratory skills training, and clinical experiences at partnered healthcare facilities.
