Nicolet Area Technical College
Nicolet Area Technical College is located in Rhinelander, Wisconsin and is a part of the Wisconsin Technical College System. Nicolet College is a public two-year technical college that serves 2000 students. It was created in 1967 in order to give the community access to great educational opportunities. Nicolet College offers students more than 100 degrees, diplomas, and certificates. Students can attend day courses, evening courses, and online courses at Nicolet College. There are also a number of transfer opportunities for students who wish to continue their education at larger universities in order to seek higher degrees.
The Nicolet College nursing program allows students to earn associate’s degrees in nursing. Students will learn how to treat patients in many different medical settings. Graduates of the program will be prepared to take the NCLEX-RN licensure exam. This program has been accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN).
