Scholarships with Deadlines in April

Robert D. Lynd Scholarship

Applicant must be a member in good standing of Kappa Delta Rho with a minimum grade average of "B." Selection is based upon vocational objectives, leadership, and personal statement. Black and white photo of applicant in coat and tie required.

  • Amount: $500 (minimum)

Academic Distinction Scholarship

Applicant must be a first-time, full-time freshman, have a minimum 3.25 GPA, and have a minimum composite ACT score of 30 (combined SAT Reasoning score of 1200). FAFSA is required.

Betty Jean Laman Memorial Scholarship

Applicants must be pursuing a degree in nursing at Northern Arizona University. Students must have completed the first year in the nursing program and demonstrate financial need.

Arizona Hazlewood Memorial Scholarship

Applicants must be students at Northern Arizona University pursuing a degree in nursing. Students must demonstrate financial need.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a high school in the Vancouver or Evergreen school districts.

The Mikkelson Foundation Scholarship

Applicant must be graduating from a Colorado high school and pursuing a degree in engineering, math, or science at an accredited college/university. Must have minimum 3.7 GPA, 1800 SAT score, and 28 ACT score. Transcript, three recommendations, and personal essay required.
