Must be a high school senior who resides in one of the following counties: Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties in Pennsylvania and Burlington, Camden and Gloucester Counties in New Jersey. Leadership as a scout for at least one year must be demonstrated.
