Applicants must be Louisiana high-school seniors who plan on attending a college or university within one year of graduation. Applicants will need to submit either an essay or a TV commercial as part of the application. Application is available online and must include a photo, copy of high school transcript, and the essay or TV commercial (via YouTube or CD).
