Applicant must be one-quarter Northern-Native American Indian blood. Must be an undergraduate student enrolled in a college, university, or technical school with a minimum 2.25 GPA. Photo, one page letter, certificate of Indian Blood OR proof of Indian Heritage, official tuition billing statement from school, and copy of current transcript required.
