Awards shall be funded from income derived from interest on invested principle of certified national funds. The awards are to be given to two or more recipients according to the number of applicants and available funds.
Some of the requirements are:
- Certification of good standing membership status( Chapter Treasurer’s signature).
- Brief statement of 200 words or less showing evidence of financial need attached to the application.
- Two letters of recommendation, sealed in separate envelopes and included with the application.
